ONLINE RETURNS POLICY- TUSK hopes you are happy with your items, so please check them upon delivery. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us immediately and return the items within 10 days - starting from the first day you received the delivery.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Goods must be returned in their original & unused condition with tags still attached, we cannot issue a refund to items that have been worn or used.
Once we have received & checked the items, a full refund NOT including postage will be issued. We cannot refund items which have been custom made for you unless faulty or incorrectly designed. Sadly sale items cannot be returned once purchased in store or online.
