Cosmos are extremely easy to grow from seed and produce an abundance of flowers. Sow undercover at the start of spring or directly sow into beds or pots after the last frost. Seeds should be planted about half a centimetre under the soil. The seedlings should be pricked out after 3 weeks. They are a half-hardy annual and prefer to be in full sun. Ideally they should be spaced 25 centimetres apart and will grow to around a meter high. They will flower from mid summer until early autumn. They will produce more flowers the more they are cut. The flowers will be a mix of pink and white shades.
Our seeds are sourced from the UK and are not chemically treated. All packaging is sustainable and can be recycled.
